Prince William is getting married today, Ewan is drawing a food web picture for school work, Hunter has asked if he can carry a plastic container full of water with a glowing ball inside it, only he really understands why, and Jayne is getting ready to go to some friends and watch the wedding. I am struggling with Italian and finding a studio to work in, but enjoying every crack, terrazzo floor, portico, shard of light, tones of earth and dark entrances to rooms of delight. It has not been what we expected, but we expected things to be different, and every corner is a surprise, we have met some wonderful people, and the people of Bologna are very friendly and helpful, our adventure has began.
